Do I need a monthly plan?
No. Buy hours or a fixed-price job whenever you need one.
Can I bring my existing GoHighLevel account?
Yes. Moving an existing account to a hosted Software or Care plan is free. We can also help with it where it is now. New installations are scoped separately and may include setup fees. Usage charges are separate.
How is time charged?
Each request uses a minimum of 30 minutes, then 15-minute steps. Every entry shows in your account.
What if a job runs over?
Jobs over an hour are estimated first. If one will run more than 20% over, we stop and ask before carrying on.
Do hours expire?
Pay-as-you-go hours last 12 months. Care plan hours roll over for one month, then expire.
Can I get a refund?
An hour pack can be refunded within 14 days if none of its time has been used. After that, hours can't be exchanged for cash.
Can I use hours for a call?
