HOW WE WORK / KICK ASS MEDIA

Start with the job. Then choose the tools.

A good project should make sense before, during and after the build. Here's how we find the real problem, agree the right work and make sure the result has a useful next life.

The route changes with the problem. The thinking does not.

Four tactile purple, blue, orange and green junctions connect into a continuing route after launch.

ONE CONNECTED JOURNEY FROM THE FIRST QUESTION TO WHAT HAPPENS NEXT.

THE FOUR STAGES

No mystery between the idea and the result.

Every project has a different scope, but the same questions keep the work honest. Here is what we ask, what you bring and what should be clearer when that stage is done.

Not sure what's wrong with your site?
  1. 01
FIND / What is actually getting in the way?

    Find the real constraint.

We look at the offer, the people buying it, the website and the handoffs around it. If you already know the job, we can start with that brief. If several things are tangled together, the paid Kick Ass Audit gives us room to find the right priority first.

    WHAT YOU BRING

Your goals, current site and what keeps frustrating customers or the team.

    WHAT YOU LEAVE WITH

A clearer problem statement and the most useful place to begin.

  2. 02
SHAPE / What should this work make possible?

    Shape the right response.

We map the customer journey, the content and proof it needs, the systems behind it and the smallest sensible scope. That might be improving what you own, a new website, an assessment or a joined-up automation.

    WHAT YOU BRING

Business context, examples you like, decisions about priorities and access where appropriate.

    WHAT YOU LEAVE WITH

A proposed scope: what is included, what it costs and what sits outside it.

  3. 03
MAKE / Does the experience work beyond the presentation?

    Build the joined-up journey.

Design, words, search-ready structure and interaction are built around the decision a buyer needs to make. Where agreed, we join the visible experience to booking, assessment or CRM handoffs, then review it on real devices.

    WHAT YOU BRING

Feedback and approvals on the work that represents your business.

    WHAT YOU LEAVE WITH

The scoped experience, checked paths and a clear handover plan for launch.

  4. 04
GROW / What do people actually do once it is live?

    Launch, learn and improve.

A launch is the beginning of a working system. We agree what to watch, who owns enquiries and what care or improvement is included. When the evidence changes, the next decision should change with it.

    WHAT YOU BRING

Your team's real-world feedback and access to the agreed performance signals.

    WHAT YOU LEAVE WITH

A usable handover and an agreed route for care, review or further work.

THE PRACTICAL BITS

Good work deserves clear terms.

The shape of the relationship matters as much as the shape of the website. These are the conversations we have before work starts.

THE SCOPE

Know what you're buying.

A proposal should state the deliverables, exclusions, build fee, any ongoing care and any third-party usage before you commit.

THE DECISION

No build for the sake of a build.

If a focused improvement makes more sense than replacing your site or changing your tools, that should be the recommendation.

THE HANDOVER

Make ownership clear.

Access, export, content ownership and platform dependencies are agreed in your project scope rather than left for launch week.

THE WORK DOES NOT END AT THE BUTTON

The best parts work together.

A page can explain the offer. An assessment can help a visitor understand their situation. A connected handoff can give your team useful context. Follow-Through can keep the conversation moving. We choose the pieces that suit the job.

WHERE SHOULD WE BEGIN?

Choose a first conversation that fits.

No single doorway for every business. Start with a diagnosis when the decision is unclear, or talk about a specific piece of work when you already know what you need.

THE BIGGER PICTURE

Not sure what to fix first?

The £295 ex-VAT Kick Ass Audit is a 90-minute working session and prioritised written plan. Its fee can be credited against an eligible build.

A CLEARER BRIEF

Already know the job?

Tell us about the website, assessment, automation or search opportunity. We will keep the conversation tied to the service you have chosen.

Find the right conversation

GOOD QUESTIONS, STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Know the process before the pitch.

We would rather answer the practical questions now than make you work them out halfway through a project.

Do I have to start with the £295 Kick Ass Audit?

No. If you already know you need a website, Scorecraft assessment, automation or SEO programme, use that service's conversation. The £295 ex-VAT Audit is the paid working session for when the right first move is not obvious. Its fee is credited against an eligible build under the stated terms.

Can you improve what we already have?

Often, yes. We look at your current site, content, CRM and working processes before recommending a replacement. We will explain what can sensibly be improved and what genuinely needs to change.

What will our team need to do?

Bring the business context, access you can share safely, examples of the questions buyers ask and timely decisions on your message, proof and scope. We set the specific collaboration and approvals out in the proposal.

What happens after launch?

That depends on the agreed service. Website care, search improvement, assessment hosting and automation support have different boundaries and fees. We will define what is included, what is measured, who owns follow-up and how further improvements are commissioned.

FIND THE GAP. BUILD THE ANSWER. KEEP IT WORKING.

What job should your website or systems do next?

Tell us the outcome you need, not a list of tools you feel you ought to buy. We'll start with the question that matters.
