This website is run by Kickass Media LLP, trading as Kick Ass Media. We are a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales, partnership number OC461810, with our registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. Kickass Media LLP is the controller for personal information handled through this website.

What happens on this site

The sample Scorecraft check calculates a result in your browser. It does not ask for a name or email, send your answers to a server or save the result. The Kick Ass Audit booking panel shows available appointment times from our scheduling provider, Calendly. The details you enter stay in the page until you choose to continue. When you pay, you are taken to a secure Calendly booking page with your name, email and notes pre-filled; Calendly and its payment processor, Stripe, handle the booking and card payment under their own privacy terms, and this website never sees your card details. If online booking is unavailable, the panel prepares an email request that you decide whether to send from your own email app. The Contact page prepares an email request in your browser that you decide whether to send from your own email app, and offers a copyable message if no app opens. It does not send or store your enquiry on the site.

Exit prompt and Customer Hub

On a desktop browser, the exit prompt may appear after you have spent time on the site. We use browser session storage only to avoid showing that prompt again in the same tab session. The Customer Hub link takes existing customers to app.kickassmedia.co.uk to sign in.

External examples

Links to the showcased websites open other sites with their own notices. The live voice diagnostic on the AI Deep Dive portal asks for details and explains its microphone, recording and AI analysis before you begin. No voice diagnostic is embedded here.

Enquiries and hosting

If you choose to email us, the information you send is handled as an enquiry. The website host may process technical request logs needed to deliver and protect the site. A site enquiry is not permission for unrelated marketing.
